Process: 200-13mm raw coal is fed into a shallow heavy medium tank for sorting, 13-0mm raw coal is fed into a two-stage two product heavy medium cyclone without desliming or grading for sorting, and -0.25mm grade coal slurry is concentrated in a thickener and then combined with a horizontal settling filtration centrifugal dewatering machine and a filter press for dehydration and recovery. Closed loop washing water, environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
